About You:

You are someone who loves to keep everyone organized and see the office humming with efficiency. You have a very good people sense and are able to keep your finger on the pulse of the organization and know what’s required to keep the energy high.

You are incredibly resourceful, a quick problem solver of everything from shipping to computer issues. You thoroughly enjoy working with people and are not afraid to take charge to get things done. You want to be part of something special where you are an important member of the team.

All About the Job:

Every day will be different as you will be managing everything from greeting at the front door, managing shipping and receiving to helping onboard new team members. You will troubleshoot issues around the office which could be everything from internet problems, computer issues to a light bulb needing changing. You will ensure the office stays tidy and organized, making sure everything ends up back where it belongs.

You will help with onboarding new team members, setting up new desks and computers and ensuring things run smoothly on the first day.

You are also the officer of Fun – planning all team outings, socials or lunches – and will generally have your finger on the pulse of office culture.
